My name is Dave Matthews and with the support and love of my wife Kelly and children (Mike - Julie - and Keenan ), I am presently serving the Lord as the Crisis Intervention Coordinator of Emergency Shelter Services at the Central Wyoming Rescue Mission.
My heart's desire is to inform, uplift and encourage you through sharing the wonderful work that the Lord is accomplishing in the lives of hopeless men and women that come to the Mission for help. As the Lord leads, I would humbly request your partnering with us as we minister His love and hope to those who have lost theirs.
I have been at the Mission for
7 years and have seen a lot of people come and go. Yet I have also seen some that have been completely transformed by His love and power. Serving those in need is the call God has placed on my life and I ask Him daily for a humble heart to carry this out in a way pleasing to Him.
As society continues to deteriorate and so many have "fallen" through the
cracks, God has provided places like the Central Wyoming Rescue Mission to help
those who have nowhere else to go.
May God continue to grow and strengthen each one of us. "Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds" (Hebrews 10:23-24).
