Instead of offering a handout, that worsens the plight of the homeless person and enables the continuation of addictive behavior, CWRM offers a “hand up” through holistic treatment, counseling and Christian love.

By utilizing a faith-based, 12-step outreach program, CWRM helps our guests by allowing them to address the problems that led to their crisis. Intervention, support and counseling in a structured and safe environment help provide our guests with the tools needed to attain independent living.

We Offer:

Meals are prepared in our kitchen daily for CWRM guests and members of the community.

Shelter is available for those in distress at the New Life Center for men, and at the Transformation Center for women and children. For an overnight stay or a long term program residency, all those in need are welcome.

Clothing and other "gently used" household items are provided for our
guests, Mission graduates, and members of the community through the CWRM Thrift Store. A voucher system assures items are available for free, or at greatly reduced prices, for those in need. Laundry service is available 5 days a week for men, women and children in our Emergency Shelter Program.

Case Management is provided for men and women who are guests of CWRM, as well as for some individuals from the community who desire to make positive life changes.

Christian Counseling is available to CWRM guests through program directors, case managers, and Chaplain Carl Wolosin. Fix and spiritual wholeness referrals are often made on behalf of CWRM guests and any community members to any appropriate human services agencies in the Rocky Mountain region that can be of assistance to help attain physical, mental, financial and
spiritual wholeness.

" I was in a place in my life where all I cared about was partying and doing drugs. I was beginning to be so weighed down by the lifestyle I was living that I almost lost my way. Now a guest at CWRM I live in Love and know that Jesus loves me so much. He has set me free from my addictions and sins.."

-Dominigo

"I was drifting through life and all the while I was in and out of detention centers. Getting into trouble seemed to be the only thing I was doing. For some reason, God's reason, I landed in Casper, Wyoming where I found the wonderful people and atmosphere at Central Wyoming Rescue Mission. The Lord Jesus
came into my life and showed me His peace and Love. I am now His desciple and he has given me
Peace."

-Gary
