to Help with
Bathroom Renovation

With the Men’s Emergency Shelter Bathroom renovation complete and the Residential Bathroom renovation underway, demolition and construction have been an ongoing part of life at the Mission for the past few months.

Although it has been a minor inconvenience to have only one bathroom for our guests, the greatest concern had been the financial burden of having two expensive bathroom renovations in such a short period of time. These financial concerns have recently been eased with the $10,000 matching grant from the

McMurry Foundation (see story page 1).
Highland Park Community Church has made a recent pledge to offer additional help with the cost of the bathroom renovations. HPCC will give all the proceeds from the sale of Easter lilies this year toward the bathroom project. These lilies are purchased in honor or memory of a loved one and are displayed at the church on Easter Sunday.
We appreciate Highland Park and the McMurry Foundation for their generous gifts that will help our guests for years to come.
