     Because of the increased need for separate housing and gender-specific programming, The Transformation Center was born. A task force was formed, which involves dedicated individuals working toward establishing and maintaining the success of The Transformation Center. Children’s Program

     The Transformation Center provides an on-site children’s program which includes a life skills training program for older children. We work in conjunction with other agencies such as the Boys and Girl’s Club, Health Care for the Homeless, The Caring Center, WIC, and local churches to provide adequate care and instruction for the children residing at our facility. The Mission’s Rescued Treasures Thrift Store also assists us in providing clothing to meet the immediate needs of mothers and their children.
